License Agreement
N2C Legacy Digital Darkroom – Free End User License Agreement
Under the standard royalty free license any element, of the texture edge template layer overlay, frame or otherwise may be used for private and professional applications. Applications may include advertising and promotional materials, print publications or any other uses approved by The N2C Legacy Digital Darkroom in writing. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are specifically reserved to The N2C Legacy Digital Darkroom.
The N2C Legacy Digital Darkroom Product(s) are licensed with no rights protection on a non-exclusive basis. The N2C Legacy Digital Darkroom provides no rights or warranties regard to the use of names, trademarks, registered or copyrighted designs, elements or works of art depicted or contained in any image in any Product, and you must satisfy yourself that all the necessary rights or consents, as may be required for your use of Product(s), are obtained.
You may provide our templates, as customized by you, to your client with the native files as long as the client does not create new derivative works from those files. Use of a Product in a manner not specifically authorized by this Agreement constitutes an infringement of our licensors’ proprietary rights and will subject you to infringement damages.
Use of a Product in a manner that is contrary to a restriction stated in this Agreement is prohibited. In addition, you may not post any N2C Legacy Digital Darkroom Product(s) or portion thereof or derived works to newsgroups, mail lists or electronic bulletin boards in a downloadable format.
The N2C Legacy Digital Darkroom and its licensors own and will retain all copyrights in and to any Product, including any image contained in any Product.
You may not copy, modify, sublicense, sell, distribute or transfer any part of any Product except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to prevent unauthorized copying of the Product. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, sale or distribution is subject to civil and criminal penalties. By Purchasing & submitting payment for this Product you agree to such terms.
