The primary reason for creating this blog back in mid 2008 was to promote and offer my daguerreotype textures originally this was going to be the only type of texture I was going to offer but after taking sometime off I decided to offer other types of premium textures. The other great thing is I will be dropping the cost of these dramatically and make them more affordable to all you out there in the photography and art world.

I only sell high quality textures for digital designers, amateur/pro photographers and all artistic like minded people. These premium textures can be used in any of your photographic projects; for both commercial and personal use alike.

I live just outside the Austin area and would welcome the chance to take photos of or with anyone who’s got similar interests.

Glad to be back…I’ll be updating here hopefully more frequently. Just been busy, busy busy.

First, I’ll be introducing another line of premium textures here shortly. Second, and the most important of all…I’ll be dropping the cost of the textures significantly to make it more affordable for everyone. If you see a higher rate on my other site, I’ll honor the new lower rates.

Just keep in mind I’m still working on updating and moving all the textures over to my smugmug site.m I’ll keep you posted.

Under the standard royalty free license any element, of the texture edge template layer overlay, frame or otherwise may be used for private and professional applications. Applications may include advertising and promotional materials, print publications or any other uses approved by The N2C Legacy Digital Darkroom in writing. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are specifically reserved to The N2C Legacy Digital Darkroom.

The N2C Legacy Digital Darkroom Product(s) are licensed with no rights protection on a non-exclusive basis. The N2C Legacy Digital Darkroom provides no rights or warranties regard to the use of names, trademarks, registered or copyrighted designs, elements or works of art depicted or contained in any image in any Product, and you must satisfy yourself that all the necessary rights or consents, as may be required for your use of Product(s), are obtained.

You may provide our templates, as customized by you, to your client with the native files as long as the client does not create new derivative works from those files. Use of a Product in a manner not specifically authorized by this Agreement constitutes an infringement of our licensors’ proprietary rights and will subject you to infringement damages.

Here are some additional images where I used the daguerreotype textures, the event was a Sunday evening church service that I documented. The layout of this site cuts part of the image off unfortunately; but for the most part you’ll still be able to view the images and the effect the textures have on the overall look of the photographs.
